1. India’s Mayurbhanj and Ladakh, are 2 of the 50 locations featured in the TIME Magazine’s list of
World’s Greatest Places in 2023.

2. The Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation (MoSPI), Rao Inderjit Singh, launched the 24 th edition of “Women and Men in
India 2022”.

3. The book “Snakes In the Ganga: Breaking India 2.0” authored by Shri Rajiv Malhotra and Mrs.
Vijaya Viswanathan has received considerable recognition in India.

4. The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has increased its growth
projection for India by 20 basis points to 5.9% for the fiscal year 2024.

5. Svaya Robotics, a Hyderabad-based company, has partnered with two DRDO labs, the Research
and Development Establishment in Pune (R&DE) and Defence Bio-engineering & Electro Medical
Laboratory.

6. The Ministry of Steel has signed 57 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with 27 companies
for specialty steel production under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme.

7. Indian Railways has set a target of becoming a ‘net-zero carbon emitter’ by 2030, said Union
Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
8. Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar on 15 March 2023,
inaugurated “AgriUnifest” in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. The Union home ministry has announced a 10 per cent reservation for former Agniveers in
vacancies in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

10. Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) – NITI Aayog launched ATL Sarthi, a comprehensive self-monitoring
framework to strengthen the ever-growing ecosystem of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL).

11. Aahar 2023- Asia’s biggest International Food and Hospitality Fair begins in Delhi, Aahar 2023
was put together with the help of the Union Ministry of Food Processing Industries.

िे “भारत में मनहला और पुरुष 2022” के 24 वें र्ंस्करण का शुभारं भ नकया।

3. श्री राजीव मल्होिा और श्रीमती नवजया नवश्विाथि द्वारा नलख्यखत पुस्तक “र्ांप इि द गंगा: ब्रेनकंग इं निया 2.0” को भारत
में काफी मान्यता नमली है।

4. आनथसक र्हयोग और नवकार् र्ंगठि (ओईर्ीिी) िे नवत्त वषस 2024 के नलए भारत के नलए अपिे नवकार् अिुमाि को
20 आधार अंकों र्े बढाकर 5.9% कर नदया है।

5. हैदराबाद स्थित कंपनी स्वाया रोबोटिक्स ने डीआरडीओ की दो प्रयोगशालाओं, पुणे में अनुसंधान और टिकास
प्रटतष्ठान (आर एं ड डीई) और रक्षा जैि-इं जीटनयररं ग और इलेक्ट्रो मेटडकल प्रयोगशाला के साि साझेदारी की है।
6. इस्पात मंत्रालय ने उत्पादन से जुडे प्रोत्साहन (पीएलआई) योजना के तहत टिशेष इस्पात उत्पादन के टलए 27
कंपटनयों के साि 57 समझौता ज्ञापनों (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर टकए हैं।

7. केंद्रीय रे ल मंत्री अटिनी िैष्णि ने कहा टक भारतीय रे लिे ने 2030 तक ‘नेि-जीरो काबबन उत्सजबक’ बनने का लक्ष्य
रखा है।

8. केंद्रीय कृटष और टकसान कल्याण मंत्री नरें द्र टसंह तोमर ने 15 मार्ब 2023 को बेंगलुरु, कनाबिक में “एग्रीयूटनफेस्ट” का
उद् घािन टकया।

9. केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने केंद्रीय औद्योटगक सुरक्षा बल (CISF) में ररस्ियों में पूिब अटििीरों के टलए 10 प्रटतशत आरक्षण
की घोषणा की है।

10. अिल इनोिेशन टमशन (एआईएम) – नीटत आयोग ने अिल टिं कररं ग लैब्स (एिीएल) के बढ़ते पाररस्थिटतकी तं त्र को
मजबूत करने के टलए एक व्यापक स्व-टनगरानी ढांर्ा एिीएल सारिी लॉन्च टकया।

11. आहार 2023- एटशया का सबसे बडा अंतराबष्ट्रीय खाद्य और आटतथ्य मेला टदल्ली में शुरू हुआ, आहार 2023 को
केंद्रीय खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय की मदद से एक साि रखा गया िा।
