 How much weight to lose?

 How quickly to lose weight


There is not a formula to how fast you should lose weight everybody is different
and it will change on how fast to lose weight. Just be patient and keep on working
on it.
 What to eat
Eat more vegetables and only a small serving of chicken or meat.
 What not to eat
Burgers as well as pizza are something that I will recommend to stop eating.
 When to eat
Eating 5 times a day is what they recommend to speed up your metabolism.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as well 2 small snacks is the perfect combination. 
 What to drink
Drink as much water as possible and leave the sugar drinks aside.
 Other good habits
Exercise on a daily basis is what is recommended, however at least walk 30 min. a
day.
