Please revisit AT 3 on Kübler-Ross’s 5 stages of grief: DABDA (denial, anger,


bargaining, depression, acceptance) and your home assignments on the film Breathe,
2017.

EXERCISE:
Write a 200-word argumentative essay OR pro-con essay (you may choose) on the following
topic:
How do you relate the film and the characters’ evolution to palliation + to Kübler’s 5 stages
of grief: DABDA (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance)?
Do you see any parallel? How does the main character in Breath deal with his pain / trauma
and does he go through the DABDA stages? What about his family?
