CIA I
Component 1: Case Comment
Assessment Description: Students are required to prepare a case comment on
the case assigned to them.
Format to be followed for writing the comment- 12”
Font, 1.5 line spacing and NTR Font.
Assessment Learning Outcomes (ALO): Acquire the ability to analyse judgments involving
Criminal law by applying their critical thinking
ability.

Component 2: Video Presentation


Assessment Description: Students are required to make a video of their
presentation on the Case Comment mentioned
above in the given time and submit it on the
google Classroom.

proposed solution of a practical problem
involving a question based on provisions of
IPC using the FILAC method.

applying the provisions of IPC to a practical
problem by employing critical thinking.

from unit- 8, 9 and 10 of the syllabus.
