The document summarizes several examples of unprofessional behavior exhibited by an employee, including parking recklessly, bumping into hotel guests, ignoring handwashing signs, being late and inattentive to his manager, sleeping on the job, neglecting customers by not providing details and ignoring suspicious activity. The operations manager is suggested to be stricter with sanctions for such behavior, treat employees well with fair compensation, and properly assess situations.

1. There are many unprofessionalism actions that’s has been
manifested in the whole video, the first one is when the guy parked his car, he disregarded any cautions, the next is when he enters the hotel and bumped the individuals who are going out of the hotel, the third one is when he disregarded proper hygiene sign that is pasted on the wall that after anyone uses the comfort room, one must wash his or her hands, and he didn’t do it, next is when he is not paying attention to his manager or boss and seems to it that he is late, the fifth example is when he is sleeping on his shift, not paying attention to the customer, not handing out proper details to the customer, talking to someone else on hi shift and disregarding any suspicious activity. On general it seems like he is neglecting his duty.
2. I would suggest, as the operations manager, to be more strict into
implying sanctions for those kind of behavior and treating your employees well and compensating them fairly for their job and always assessing the situation.
