As an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with a background in both technology and business
management, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead and deliver results in fast-paced,
high-pressure environments. My experience working at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
as a Scientist/Engineer-SD has equipped me with strong technical and management skills that I believe
will be valuable assets to your team.

From 2017-2022, I’ve worked as a Scientist at ISRO, where I led a team of nine people as the Facility
In-Charge of rocket manufacturing activities. During my time at ISRO, I coordinated with multiple
divisions and led the development of an exclusive online software to qualify 300+ rocket materials
that led to the reduction of cycle time by 30% and significantly reduced errors by 70%. Additionally, I
augmented rocket production facilities & equipment in an INR 12+ Cr budget on time through strong
project management skills which tripled the production rate & required only a marginal increment in
manpower.

Currently, I am a candidate for the PGP in Technology & Business Management at The Masters' Union,
where I have been awarded the Ramana Merit Scholarship and have been the Vice President of the
Space-Tech Club & Fund Manager of the MU Investment Fund. I have also scored a GRE score of 321
(Quant- 170/170) with a GPA of 3.45. Prior to this, I completed my B.E. (Hons.) Mechanical Engineering
and M.Sc + B.Sc (Hons.) Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)- Pilani.

In addition to my technical and management experience, I also bring a wealth of entrepreneurial and
leadership skills gained from my experience founding a non-profit organization focused on education.
As Co-Founder and Lead of the Scio Benevolent Foundation, I led social outreach programs that helped
over 3000 students make career decisions, and expanded the organization's verticals into health.
These experiences have honed my leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills, and
have given me a unique perspective on the importance of delivering value to a variety of stakeholders.

I am confident that my entrepreneurial and management skills, combined with my technical expertise
