Looking at the projects above pick one communication method and skill that you have used in more than
one project, compare how you have used them differently.

I used the skill of editing on all three projects but the difference was the Horror Film poster was made by
using Adobe Photoshop but the lost short film and the Blair Witch Trailer was made on Premier Pro

2.2

This time focusing on THE BLAIR WITCH TRAILER PROJECT ONLY how successful do you feel you used
the following communication methods and skills? Provide one example below for each of the following
methods and skills.

Use of camera
I think my use of camera was successful because I was able to keep a clear focus during the evidence
scenes.

Use of editing
I think my use of editing was successful because I was able to edit in everything in seamlessly and it was
like the original

Use of sound (Music/ dialogue/effects)

The use of sound was difficult because we had more separate characters than people in the group

Narrative
I think the Narrative was a success because it was a carbon copy of the original as instructed

Writing skills (Scripts/synopsis/questionaries/surveys/taglines/evaluations)

I think doing this task improved my writing skill, by doing the analysing work sheets.

Research Skills (Secondary research of short films)

I think my use of research went well when I analysed the three trailers because it told me what to do and
what not to do

Looking at all of the above please answer the following

What worked well?

Over all everyone in my team chipping in to create the project is something that went well. I worked
hard to make the editing the same as well especially the bit when the title card flashes from white and
black like lighting with thunder in the background.

What would you do differently and why?

One thing I would do differently is not do as much acting myself because I had a lot more to do at the
same time because I had multiple acting roles
