TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that the attached list are part of the EMERGENCY RESPONDERS of
the CITY GOVERNMENT OF CALOOCAN, and they will be helping in delivering services
to our constituents during the period of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

This Certification is being issued for exemption in the imposed travel restriction,
pursuant to the re-imposition of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila
and the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna from 4 to 18 August 2020, and in
compliance with the Omnibus Guidelines on the implementation of the Community Quarantine
in the Philippines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging
Infectious Diseases (IATF).
