Physical: Running/ jogging or doing any physical activities in general.

Which benefits my overall


shape and helps increasing my energy level as well as decreasing the chances of getting heart
disease.
Mental: From doing the physical activity it would improve my mental health. When I run my
stress gets relieved and I feel so much better. Not only that, I would tend to think positive
which is good for my mental health, since I am treating my body well by exercising.
Spirituality: From the two previous aspects, although running can be tiring. It requires for a
person to gain discipline in order to train their body. With that in mind, knowing that my
mental health would improve from running. I tend to get motivated and discipline and train my
body; knowing that my relationship with my body is increasing when I run.
Emotional: Just like the previous aspects. When I know I’m getting these benefits from running
such as me getting in a better shape, having a better mental health, and having better self-
discipline. This makes me proud of myself and motivates me to do more; therefore, continues
the cycle of the medicine wheel.
