9 Is longest line is set first and ⊥cular is taken from longest line
10 Are the external faces are set correctly by checking the
plumb for external face.
11 Is the first layer is laid in level and checking proper line and
⊥cular to longest line
12 Check the diagonal and dimensions of all individual rooms.

13 Are bricks are soaked in water for at least 15 mins before

laying the bricks.
14 Check for the thickness of mortar thickness (<10 mm)
15 Check for bond of brickwork. Is it O. K? (Breaking of Joints
and bond)
16 Is mortar is used within initial setting of cement.
17 Ensure flush pointing of brickwork.
18 Is the RCC band is provided where ever required
19 Check for location of door and window opening is provided
at proper place
20 Check for Location opening required for Air conditioning
a. Return Air opening
b. sleeves for conduits
c. A/c Grill openings
d. Duct routing
POST EXECUTION CHECKS
21 Check for date of brickwork, is it mentioned on the
brickwork curing point of view
22 Check for curing for at least 15 days
23 Check for cleaning of area and wastage of material and
record it.
