the method statement & level guides are provided.
MEP SERVICES/ Check presence of MEP services / conduits are
BUILT-IN ITEMS installed and completed.
Concrete laid and compacted as detailed in approved
method statement.
LAYING OF
SCREED Check screed top level/ slope as per the architectural
finishes layout drawings and surface tolerances shall
within the limits.
Check top surface of screed finish as per the
FINISHING architectural floor finishes layout drawings.
Check control joints are provided where required by
specifications and as directed by COMPANY.
CONTROL
JOINTS Check control joints shall be 12 mm filled with filler
between each two panels. Size of the panels shall not
exceed 3m x 3m.

CURING AND Check floor screed as protected from any damages

until its final setting and cured for a minimum period
PROTECTION of 4 days.
