Sanding by emery paper (180) 1
Sanding by emery paper (320) 2
Clean the surface of all loose particles 3
Apply wood filler & allowed to dry 1 to 2 hrs. 4
Remove excess filler by emery paper (320) 5

Apply approved natural wood sealer & allowed to dry 6 to 8 hrs 6

Scuff it with emery paper (320) & allowed to dry 6 to 8 hrs 7

Sealer 2nd coat applied (If Required) 8
Finish coat by spraying at pressure of 25 to 40 psi 9
Finish coats (2 nos.) applied with 2 to 3 hrs gaps 10
Surface dries 15 to 20 minutes & hard dries 24 to 48 hrs 11
