INTRODUCTION
Many people, especially adolescents, are
starting to go to the gym. Doing physical
activities can help to prevent excess weight
gain or maintain weight loss since doing
physical activities can burn calories that make
you gain weight. But can youths balance their
studies or work and be consistent with their
exercise at the same time?
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Throughout the entire research procedure, the researcher will
be investigating and seeking answers to these issues among
youths aged 17-24 using a number of extensive research and
questionnaires.
