DAY 1 - Do yoga in the morning for 5 mins.



- Drink a lot of water in

the afternoon.
(WEDNESDAY) - Drink vitamins after eating dinner.

DAY 2 - Get fresh air before going to class.



- Finish pending tasks
to avoid stress.
(THURSDAY) - Take a deep body cleanse before sleeping.

DAY 3 - Have a healthy breakfast.



- Use humidifier for improved

air circulation.
(FRIDAY) - Clean the house for better environment.

DAY 4 - Have good posture.



- Cover your nose when
it is polluted outside.
(SATURDAY) - Take Vit. B3 for the Heart.

DAY 5 - Wipe dirty or dusty areas in my bedroom.



- Stretch in between tasks.


(SUNDAY) - Get enough sleep.

DAY 6 - Do Aerobic exercise.



- Throw stinky trash in
outside bin.
(MONDAY) - Smile more.

- Drink Chamomile Tea for the Respiratory


DAY 7

(TUESDAY) - Eat chocolate but only in moderation.


- Lessen screen time before sleeping .
