    An hour of Interactive Devices in a day

    Sunday - 1st hour of the day(7 am)

    Phone - I use my phone as an alarm clock. I also installed a alarm app that would
    require me to interact to my phone for the alarm to be set off (Squats while holding
    phone or walk/ run with it). This then gets me up and going to start the day.

    Water Dispenser - I use a water dispenser to heat some water for my morning
    coffee. It only takes a minute or two for it to have hot water and a press of a button
    is the thing I need to do. I enjoy using a water dispenser because its convenient and
    safe.

    Phone - While sipping my morning coffee I use my phone to either scroll to Facebook
    and messenger or watch YouTube videos.
