At the end of the activity, the learners should be able to find sources that can be used to back up their
claims in a critique paper.

1. Look for a short story, poem, or journal article online or from the library.

2. Read and analyze your chosen work in preparation for a critique paper.

3. Look for four sources you can use to support your ideas and claims about the work in your critique
paper.

4. Write a short paragraph (200 words minimum) explaining how each source is useful in your critique
