employees, I was responsible for the global sales and application development
strategies for the Fluid Handling and Scandi Brew equipment portfolios to the
brewery industry. Moreover, I was overall responsible for managing the R&D
budget in Market Unit Brewery.

Sales results:

- Fluid Handling products: When changing position end of May 2011 the
turnover year to date was 356% of that of last year to date.
- Scandi Brew components and tank top systems: Tracking slightly over budget
when changing position.

ISO-MIX A/S, my former employer, was bought in August 2009 by Alfa Laval
Tank Equipment A/S. My role in the company was basically the same as
it was in ISO-MIX A/S (please see below). However, as I was relieved of
IPR related matters and a number of administrative burdens, my focus was
primarily on project management of projects based on the ISO-MIX technology
in breweries and on development of new business areas for the company’s
technology.

ISO-MIX A/S, a Danish company established in 2003, developed and


marketed mixing equipment and turn-key mixing solutions based on the
patented rotary jet mixing technology. The largest customer segment of ISO-
MIX was the beer & beverage industry. ISO-MIX was sold to Alfa Laval in Aug
2009.

Main responsibilities:

- Project management of turn-key projects, specifically related to using ISO-


MIX technology to shorten process time including fermentation time in beer
fermentation.
- Development of new business areas for the company’s technology.
- Responsible for existing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and future strategy.
- Management of R&D activities and coordination of research collaboration
with external partners.
