Subject: - Complaint against the Accused Persons in the F.I.R No. xxxx of 2022 in Police
Station- Surajpur.

Sir,

With due respect, I, Somesh Aggarwal S/o S/o Shri. Bhagwandas Aggarwal R/o Village Gour,
Garhimalhara, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh - xxxxxx (M.P.) humbly submits that I have
lodged an FIR bearing F.I.R. No. xxxx/2022 dated 25/05/2022 in Surajpur Police Station for
the offence committed by the accused persons namely (i) Deepanshu Das (ii) Kimlesh Singh
and (iii) Atyant singh for Offence of hurt, Wrongful Confinement, Criminal Conspiracy and
Extortion.

That, the Accused were apprehended by the police and taken into custody and subsequently
were granted Bail by the Hon’ble Court of ACJM IInd, Gautam Buddha Nagar. That after their
release from the custody I, received a call from Mb. Number +91-701xxxxxxx of Site IV Police
Chowki on 13/09/2022 to present in the aforementioned matter. When I reached Site IV Police
Chowki all the three accused were present outside the Police Chowki and threatened me of to
dire consequences and to take back my complaint.

I mentioned that incident to concerned Chowki Incharge but he did not pay much heed to my
complaint and ignored it. Thereafter, I have started getting calls from various anonymous
numbers and being pressurized by the accused persons to settle the matter.

You are requested to take the cognizance of my complaint against the Accused Persons and
take appropriate action against them.
