    Dear Madam:

    I am an owner of a residential lot situated at the commercial center of Brgy. Tawog,


    that municipality which I intend to construct a commercial building to be leased to
    some businessmen who are interested in investing in our town.

    In view of this, may I request from your Honorable Office that a Mayor’s Permit be
    issued as a requirement for every business establishment.
