    Project description:

    This is a residential house project that is located in nyarugenge district, UR CST NYARUGENGE.

    It is in a plot of 15m to 20m. the size of the house is 6m to 12m.

    The site plan:

    The site plan contains two gardens on different sides of the house, the parking that can accommodate
    two cars at the same time, the tank and a place where to hang clothes after washing them.

    in this project, the ground floor contains a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen with its store , an office
    and a laundry room.
    First floor

    In this project, the first floor contains a family living room, two bed rooms each with its own toilet and a
    masters bed room. Wehave also a balcony.
