RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement/Rent Deed is executed at Delhi on this 12th day of

September-2022 between Mr. Janak Singh Chauhan S/o Jawaharlal R/o
499 D/6, Gali No.6, Govindpuri, Kalka Ji, South Delhi, Delhi-110019
(hereinafter called the First Party/landlord).
AND

Mr. Prashant S/o Geeta Singh R/o GA/112A, 3 RD FLOOR, PUL

PRAHLADPUR, BADARPUR, South Delhi-110044 (hereinafter called
the second party/tenant).
WHEREAS the first party is the actual owner of the Property
Bearing No- NR/PATHAR MARKET, VILL BAROLA, NOIDA,
G.B. NAGAR, NOIDA, U.P-201301, which is constructed up to 1st
Floor.
WHEREAS the first party has let out the shop at Ground Floor of
the said property on rent to the second party on following terms and
conditions of tenancy for a period of 11 (Eleven) months commencing
from 12.09.2022 to 11.07.2023 at a monthly rent of Rs.5000/- per month
and excluding the electricity & other charges.

NOW THEREFORE THESE PRESENTS WITNESETH :-

1. That the tenant has satisfied himself that the landlord is the owner
of the above said property.

2. That the tenant has taken the premises for purely Commercial
Purpose and the tenant has agreed that he shall not use the same
for any other purposes whatsoever.

3. That tenant shall pay the monthly rent of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand Only) to the landlord in advance and shall be paid on or
before 10th day of each English Calendar month.
 4. That the tenant shall not sub-let, assign or otherwise part with
possession of any part of license or otherwise to any other person.

5. That the tenant shall not cause or permit to be caused any damage
to the premises or the furniture or sanitary and conservancy fittings
including electricity fittings etc.

6. That if the tenant make default in payment of rent for continuously

two months, the landlord will be at liberty to take appropriate
legal action for vacation of the tented premises.

7. That the landlord/owner has right to inspect/watch the above said

property in day hours or on the intimation to the tented.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF THE PARTIES TO THIS RENT

AGREEMENT have signed/put thumb impression on this rent agreement on
the date, month, year & place as written above and read/understand all the terms
and conditions.
