RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made at Delhi, on this 01 th August 2023. Between Mr. Akhtar Ali S/O Sh.
Manphool Khan Resident of House no 72, Chaman Park B Block Indira Vihar Loni Ghaziabad U.P
201102 hereinafter called the Landlord/First Party Vide ECI number (ZYF2370046)

***AND***

Mr Sabeerl S/o ameer Ahmad, Registered Address at 504 near bada madarsa Village Chirori Ghaziabad
U.P 201102, hereinafter called the Tenant/Second Party. Vide Aadhar Number (421827282891)
.

The expressions of the first party and second party shall mean and include their respective legal heirs,
administrators, executors, successors and assigns.

And whereas the first party is the owner and has agreed to let out the Premises Two BHK Flat
with Kitchen and Washroom at House bearing no. B-72 G/F KH NO 52/17 MAIN ROAD CHAMAN
PARK NR JOUHRI PUR PULIA DELHI 110094 to the second party on the following terms and
conditions as under:-

NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER: -

1. That the monthly rent of Rs. 8000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only), will be paid by the second
party on or before 7th day of Each English Calendar Month.

2. That the tenancy has commenced from 01/08/2023 for a period 11 Months only.

3. That the tenant has deposited a sum of Rs. nil to landlord as interest free security which is
refundable by the landlord to tenant at the time of vacating the premises.

4. That the Second party shall pay the electricity Bill and water bills as per meter reading.

5. That the second party shall not make any addition/alteration in the said rented premises
without prior written permission of first party, and shall use the said property for Office
Purposes only.

6. That the second party shall not sublet the whole or part of the said property to any person with
or without rent.

7. That the tenant shall not contravene any of the byelaws and provision of the D.D.A or any
Local body.

8. That on expiry of tenancy period the second party wills handover the possession of the said
rented premises to the first party.
9. That the Second Party may Take any Tin No./ Service Tax No. / Any other Required Reg.
Number on the same address.

10. That the Tenant shall be liable and responsible for accessories, installed in the said rented
premises if any kind of damages, breakage or losses in the above said rented premises during
the tenancy period the tenant shall restore the same, with its own costs, expenses, and
handover the same in working condition, to the first party.

11. That in case the second party wishes to vacate the said rented premises before the expiry of
tenancy period then he/she shall have to give one month’s advance notice to the first party or
one month rent in lieu thereof, or in case the first party wishes to vacated the said property
before expiry of tenancy period, then he/she shall have to give one month advance notice.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, both the parties have signed this agreement in the
presence of the following witnesses who has also signed the same in their presence.
