Icing Oreo

Muffins Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter or plant based
butter.
3 cups powdered sugar or
erythritol.
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
a sprinkle of Oreo cookie crumbs.

Preparation
1. In a large bowl, cream together
the butter and shorten until
smooth.
2. Gradually add in the powdered
sugar, mixing well after each
addition.
3. Add in the vanilla extract and mix
until well combined.
4. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
5. Add milk, one tablespoon at a
time, until the frosting reaches
your desired consistency.
6. Use the frosting immediately or

the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
