1.0 Objective
1.1 To have an accurate employee attendance.

2.0 Scope
2.1 All hospital employees on a fix and shifting schedule.

4.0 Policy Details


4.1 Work schedule must be submitted to HRD three (3) days before the applicable timekeeping cut offs
starts.
4.2 Planning of the work schedule must be done/discussed by the department heads together with their
respective staff to ensure that its operation is fully manned.
4.3 To those personnel who will not follow the approved schedule will be treated as ABSENT without prior
approval which is a violation of our policy and will therefore be subject to disciplinary action in accordance
to the Hospital Policy on attendance.
4.4 Any alteration is discouraged by HR except for extreme case/s with justifiable reason/s so as not to
compromise the hospital operations.
