EMPLOYEE CHART

The architectural firm will be consisting of thirteen (13) employees including the head architect as the
owner. The team will include of the following:

 A construction manager to supervise the construction process and make sure the projects in the
construction suite are completed in accordance with the owner's specifications.
 A project manager to manage all aspects of the project, from marketing to administrative
requirements.
 Additional architect, interior designer, and head engineer with their respective teams consisting
of intern and draftsman.
 The intern will assist their respective heads in the design process, and the draftsman will
transform the concepts into technical drawings, in-depth plans, and components for the
construction of homes and businesses using the information provided by the architects and
engineers.

 A marketing director to expose the firm to various people who get interested in the company
based on the information provided by the company. Marketing enables the organization to
establish its own brand and inform potential customers.
 A human resources department will contribute allocate funds to meet the organization's
objectives while keeping costs and revenues in check.

Since the architecture firm is a sole proprietorship business, the team will start small. However, despite
the limited number of members, the team is enough to provide service to the clients without
compromising the firm’s integrity and the client’s needs.
