INTRODUCTION

Who doesn’t love ice cream? More importantly, doesn’t love 4Everyone’s Ice

Cream? Try to have one! Of course, we bring to you the special 4Everyone’s Ice Cream

that will surely kind longing and crave of the unforgettable taste in your taste buds. It is a

crepe that you never tried and tasted before. This is not only tasty appetizing healthy and

yet affordable, so we are proud to unveil our different flavors. Don’t be the last to

discover each on. We have variations of the classics like chocolate, mango as well as

completely outrageous news ones like cookies s & cream, strawberry and chocolate. The

important thing is we are sure you’ll love each one of it.

Description of the Business

We are providing healthy ice cream to all age groups, especially to teenagers and

college students in lots of flavors. We are advertising mostly through print and campaign

and sometimes through radio to capture large audience in lowest possible cost. We will

not involve any intermediary and deal with our customers directly. We will try to give

them as must joyful and healthy environment as we can. We try to position ourselves as

courteous, loyal, sincere and environmentally friendly people. Our team also use web as

mean of communication with our stakeholders. With the expansion of our business, we

may plan to implement some changes in our ice cream parlor.


Location of the Business

4Everyone’s Ice Cream is located near University of Cebu – Maritime Education

Training Center. To have an easy and accessible obtaining for all, such as students,

teachers and to those who loves ice cream. Approximately 10 Km from the parlor to the

suppliers place, confidentially. It allows the supplier to deliver at ease without any hassle.

The ice cream supplies will be sent by the supplier in ice-cream trucks, which have

refrigeration systems installed to keep the ice cream at a specific temperature while

delivery. It will be the responsibility of the management to avoid all sort of conflicts-

vertical or horizontal-between the suppliers and the parlor. The distribution system of

4Everyone’s Ice Cream is very simple, starting from the manufacturer and in the

customers. The waiters will serve the ice creams to the customers in the parlor. The

company plans to provide quality service by using trained staffs. With a knowledge of

their work. Away from the other competitors is services like Selecta, Magnolia.
Funding Requirement and Source Funds
The 4Everyone’s Ice Cream will be financed by the owner and with the help of

their parents. It will be funded by their own personal money. The capital would start with

₱10,229.20 from each company member that would accumulate to ₱51,146. This amount

will be used to fund the needed ingredients for our product. This will cover the

ingredients for ice cream and toppings. With the help of our friends and business

partners, we can seek financial assistance from them when needed.

Our Vision

4Everyone’s Ice Cream vision is to become the largest ice cream manufacture and

supplier in the Cebu City. Cream Dream hopes to become the most popular ice-cream

parlor within the first year of its incorporation. It hopes to attract the greatest number of

customers compared to any other ice-cream parlor in the city. Cream Dream also plans to

open two more branches in Cebu City by the end of 5 years and more outside within the

next 10 years.

Our Mission

To serve our client reasonable, delicious with the finest quality of ice cream in a

wide variety of innovative flavors. To provide quality products & services that

consistently exceed customers’ expectations through the use of technology, dedicated and

skilled employees and the spirit of teamwork thus creating an enjoyable and memorable

experience. "To deliver a quality product in a consistent, courteous, and timely basis in

order to have the customer return again for another satisfying, delicious treat; while at the

same time earning a reasonable return on the initial investment”

For an organization to be successful, the organization must ensure that the

customer continues to return to purchase the product, again and again. One way to ensure

repeat business is to provide consistency in both the product and service. 4Everyone’s Ice

Cream product speaks for itself; the service the shop provides will be a function of

training, evaluation, and retraining in order to deliver the service as courteously and in a
timely manner. In order to earn a reasonable return on the investment, along with the

ability to repay debt, strict cost-control measures will be implemented. These measures

will include proper and prudent purchasing practices, maximization of product

distribution through strict adherence to weights, amounts and recipes (portion control),

effective utilization of personnel, and the constant search for ways to reduce the cost of

sales of our products without sacrificing quality and service.

The business will take care of its employees; that is, they will be paid well and

given a share of profits. The people will be paid according to their skills and abilities. In

addition, each employee will have the option of company-sponsored training courses.

The store considers its customers as its most important asset, and relies on them for

feedback. The store will gladly accept all in-store suggestions and test them for results.

Cream Dream has a plan and its goals are clear: To create a fun, entertaining, and

respectful environment that generates sales of ice-cream and beverages.

4Everyone’s Ice Cream goal is to provide customers delicious, safe, healthy

dessert yet at a very affordable price. The company’s main goal is to assert all of the

objectives such as:

 To provide friendly and accommodating service to the customer

Business and Product Position

The 4Everyone’s Ice Cream is located outside the University of Cebu-METC

Campus Parties Supporting the Business. Product positioning 4Everyone’s Ice Cream is

positioned as high quality.

Product which would be clearly seen by the way we serve our customers, giving flyers

which would portray our store using safe and healthy different flavors. The product will

be cheaper and it is healthy for the students to gain more energy, then we will serve our

product to the students and different year levels having a conducive place that is very

ideal for this business. The product will be served on the areas covered by the

municipality. Where the other competitors services are away in these areas like Selecta,

Magnolia.

This is fundamentally to appeal the customer’s so that they can see all the different types

and flavors. This generally means that a popular ice cream such as Butter Scotch will be

positioned next to a not-so-popular ice cream such as Durian, whereby the customer will

take it into account.

Even though the business will specialize in normal ice cream, it will also offer the

option of milk shakes and other types of ice creams such as sorbets, soft serve, and

sundaes. This way, the business will be able to cater for a wider range of customers,
satisfy their individual tastes, and fulfill their satisfaction of ice cream. Many ice cream

parlors only offer ice cream and this does not comply with everyone’s wishes.

4Everyone’s Ice Cream will mainly use the print media (newspapers, magazines,

and leaflets) for its advertisement. The other expensive forms of advertisement such as

television or radio broadcast will be avoided. The advantage of using this media is that

will enable the promotion of the business to have a widespread circulation either within

the area or city; depending on which newspaper it is advertised in. As the business is

located in Cebu City, and the surrounding shops are very popular, people will be able to

recognize the location of the business easily. Newspapers used will be Cebu Daily,

Sunstar, and the Freeman etc.

However, 4Everyone’s Ice Cream will only uses this advertisement technique in

its initial stages, two months before starting its operation and two months after that, so

that it can inform and educate its potential customers. Later it will depend on ‘word of

mouth’ of its existing customers.

Different varieties of flavors are present for the customers on what they want, it

will help them to have a clearer picture of what their taste are. It also assists and want

more the product. To have more enjoyment of selections. Experiencing and learn that ice

creams can be different, healthy, tasty, fun, convenient, and inexpensive.

Consumers are looking at indulging themselves when they go out for ice cream.

They are looking for an environment that caters specifically to them, while making them

feel special at the same time. Instead of going to the grocery store, customers customize
their ice cream experience selecting specific types of ice cream in an ice cream shop,

order a specific flavor, and then, add things to it. Candy bars, cookies, brownies, and fruit

are the typical add-ins that is seen in most stores. The parlors then mix the creation

together and spice it up with toppings. Ice cream shops are also beginning to make more

ice cream on site rather than buying it from a supplier. Freshly made ice cream is a huge

draw to customers.

The primary source of income and profit for the business will be the revenue coming

from the sale and services that are delivered to consumers of 4Everyone’s Ice Cream not only

does the consumers the primary wealth generator but also it allows for the business to grow,

through their continued patronage as well as their feedback and ideas that are of great value to the

business. This way 4Everyone’s Ice Cream could, in theory, continue to grow through the support

of its consumers. Suppliers on the other hand provide the business with support through a

different albeit crucial way. They are the ones who provide the business with its capacity to

produce or to provide service, without the needed raw materials and equipment the production

and continued service of the business would not be possible.


MARKETING PLAN

PRODUCT

Mango Ice Cream is one of the favorite dessert in the Philippines.  This mango

ice cream has a creamy, smooth texture and beautiful color. A hint of cardamom and

cinnamon elevate the flavor for a yummy frozen treat. FOR ICE CREAM.

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream (or  cookies 'n cream) is a variety of ice

cream and milkshake based on flavoring from chocolate sandwich cookies, with the most

popular version containing hand or pre-crumbled cookies from Nabisco's Oreo brand

under a licensing agreement. Cookies and cream ice cream generally mixes in crumbled

chocolate sandwich cookies into vanilla ice cream, though variations exist which might

instead use chocolate, coffee or mint ice cream.

4EVERYONE’S ICE CREAM’s is located at the Alumnos, Mambaling, Front of

UC-METC Gate, where there is a large number of students who are usually thirsty

because heat of course their uniform. There are also known direct or indirect competitors

in the area as most of the shops are occupied by food related businesses.

PRICE

The price for each product varies as the individual products can be purchase at

different sizes. For the pricing strategy you may refer to the estimated production cost at

the Production Section as the business owners are yet to finalize the pricing strategy for

the individual products and their variants.

PROMOTION

To cater to a wide range of costumers the business is offering a reward system for

its loyal patrons, where they will receive corresponding points for every purchase they

make. After they reach a certain threshold, they can exchange their points for freebies or

discounts on any product.

PEOPLE

Qualifications needed for application of a regular server would be:

 The applicant must be at least a Senior High School or College Graduate

 The applicant must be 20-25 years old


 Applicant must have basic dessert making skills Qualifications needed for the

application of cashier would be

 The applicant must be at least a college graduate

 The applicant must be 20-25 years old 66

 The applicant must be able to perform basic mathematics with regards to the

mandatory employee benefits and contributions, as of 2019 employee SSS contribution

will be taken from their salaries, the updated SSS monthly contribution for employed

members with minimum wage of Php 430.00 daily incomes and monthly incomes of

12,900. The employer is required to contribute 8% or P1,400 from this amount while the

remaining 4% or P700 should be withheld from the employee’s salary. Other mandatory

benefits are also on the Pag-IBIG fund and Phil Health membership.

PACKAGING

The products of 4EVERYONE’S ICE CREAM will be served in disposable cups

of small sizes all to cater to the cravings of the customers. The business plans to try their

hand on eco-friendly plastic cups with printed designs about the product.
