4. Today I will going to present to you our Practical Research Entitled the Feasibility
study of Avocado Pastillas Topped with Vanilla syrup.

Okay, at this point let me introduce to you the content of my presentation, we have the
following our product and logo, Background, Statement of the problem Business
location, Marketing Strategies, Personnel Requirement, Operating cost, Income
statement, Financial Position, and last but not the least Cash flow.

Let me begin with our production logo.

This is our product logo. Which really represents the Avocado Pastillas. We find this
logo catchy because of its colour and avocado itself.

Background of the study

Pastillas, also known as Pastillas de Leche or Pastiyema is a milk-based confectionery
with origins in the town of San Miguel in Bulacan, Philippines. From San Miguel,
pastillas-making spread to other Philippine regions such as the provinces of Cagayan
and Masbate. Pastillas are beloved soft milk candies that are a deliciously sweet
legacy of the Spanish colonial period in the Philippines. Pastillas is only as delicious
as the pure carabao’s milk that is its base.

It involves the study of avocado pastillas, this describes what are the vitamins of the
fruit and other ingredients has. such as the avocado, evaporated milk, condense milk
and the vanilla.

Avocado is a superfood which is delicious, versatile, and extremely healthy. It is rich

in vitamins A, C, D, E, & K, good fiber and good fats, and is known to be good for
your skin, eyes, and digestive system. It may also aid heart health, weight control, and
healthy aging. Avocado has many uses. It is easy to incorporate and can be added to
many recipes to give a nutritional boost.

Statement of the problem

-This study aims to determine the feasibility and viability of the proposed
business Establishing Avocado pastillas topped with vanilla syrup in Puerto Princesa
City, Palawan.

- The particupar reason of having this research, titled the Feasibility study of Avocado
pastillas topped with vanilla syrup is that we would like to know the possibility of our
product can be sold easily and it can be consumed with joy with the people in our
community specifically here in Puerto Princesa palawan.
Business Location
We are located in barangay san miguel ppc junction 1
in front of McCoy’s Pizza House.

The proposed business is near from its competitors because its vicinity is located at
North of Barangay San Miguel whereas its competitors are located in the south of
Junction 1.

And in terms of supplies of raw materials such as egg, powdered and condense milk,
evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla syrup will come from the near by groceries store
or public market. this raw materials of the proposed business will coming directly to
the new market of puerto princessa city

- we have to make use that our business location is safe and secure

Marketing Strategies
Product- The distinctive characteristic of this product is that we tend to combined
Creamy Avocado with Vanilla sweetening and different ingredients, manufacturing a
tasty and wholesome avocado pastillas.
-like what I've said earlier that the pastillas are naturally made with milk and sugar,
there are no other flavors but like what we did we add avocado as our main ingredient
and vanilla syrup as it flavor which makes our product unique, nutritious and
delicious.

Price
The business used an affordable pricing strategy. The avocado pastillas topped with
vanilla syrup will be sold for ₱35.00 for 20pcs
-In terms of price I think our prices is not expensive at all because it can afford by
anyone, they can buy by pieces for ₱2.
Promotion
The business will use personalized flyers and social media to help people to be aware
of the product.
-I think in our current situation we are facing the midst of the corona virus, we can use
the online flatform such as social media in terms of advertising, promoting our
product. because nowadays every transaction were done through online.

People - The employees of the business will receive all the benefits mandated by law
such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth. But they are required to always wear the
assigned uniform on each day of work.

Place
The customer can purchase online or walk-in. The store also delivers bulk orders.
-The customers can buy online or walk in.
By ordering online they can visit or Facebook page and message us for delivery they
can also reach us by calling our indicated hotline numbers.

Personnel Requirement
-In our personal requirement we are needing the following job positions, first we have
the manager, cashier, production staff, delivery staff. The manager job includes
planning, organizing directing and controlling all the employees of the organization as
well as the relationship with each other.

The cashier is the one who finance or record the income of the business.

Production stuff si the one who responsible in making the product the one who
manage food production.

We also hire delivery staff because our business accepting orders online.

as you can see our employees are increasing especially in terms of production and
delivery because as our business will go bigger we will be needing mass production.

Operating Cost
- This is our operating cost table, we have office supplies, production supplies,
sanitary suppl, utilities expense, machinery and equipment, Furniture and fixtures and
rent expense. these accounts of expenses will be needed in order to start our business
that's why we need to prepare a budget for it. our total operating expenses is
31,995.00 annually.

Income Statement
- Income statement helps us decide wether we can generate profit by increasing
revenues by increasing cost or both, it also shows the effectiveness of the strategies of
the business set at the beginning of the financial period we can refer to this document
to come up with the best solution and to yield more profit.

Statement of financial position.

Its main purpose is to give understanding about the financial of our business at a
particular time by showing the details of the asset of the company along the liabilities
and owners equity the purpose behind the preparation of this balance sheet is to
provide the financial status of our business at any specific point of time to multiple
stakeholders or to potential stakeholders management, shareholder, lenders or even
creditors.

This is our cash flow by conducting our cash flow analysis will give us accurate
understanding of our cash flow and performance equally as important as our income
statement and balance sheet for cash flow without a cash flow analysis it will be
difficult to have accurate picture of our company performance
