0 BENEFITS OF EATING HALAL FOODS


As a muslim,we need to follow lslamic Law as known as Shariah Law.By consume halal
food,we can protect our soul and avoid from any health disease.Halal slaughter brings on the
element of mindfulness.in other ways,healthy food is great for our brain and can even help
with depression also provide the necessary requirements to the body.Allah said in Holy
Quran :
“O you who have believed,eat from the pure things which we have provided you”
(Al Baqarah : 172)

4.1 SAFE TO EAT


Consuming halal food is an order of Allah and one of essential part of Islamic faith. Halal
food give assurance to who consume Halal food .What we eat has an impact on our thoughts
and eating halal food will not harm your body and brain.Food safety and hygiene are always
priotised in Halal foods and can reduce the risk of food contamination and illness. In
slaughtering process,animal’s jugular vein,carotid artery and windpipe need to cut by
following Shariah Law In Islamic law,animal must be slaughtered and the blood must be
completely drained in the process.The animal must eat healthy and clean foods also must be
well treated and free from any chemicals and antibiotics..Allah once said in Holy Quran :
“And do not eat that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned,for indedd it is
grave disobedience”

(Al An’am:121)

4.2 ENHANCES THE METABOLISM


Secondly,our bodies metabolism can be enhance by consuming halal foods.It is because our
body can’t make on it’s own .By consume halal foods,it will provide energy,protect our vital
organs and has nutritious elements also contain an excellent quality.Halal meats and plants
can support the immune system and have a strong metabolism.This can help the bodies to
absorb nutrients and avoid from dangerous substances .It will help to burn calories and keep
an ideal body weight and will help human growth.In addition,halal food from plant or animal
sources can provide energy for body maintenance.Halal foods leads to adulthood of body
function throughout life include balance,interaction and action that relate to health and
disease.Allah said in Holy Quran:
“O messengers ,eat from the good things and act righteously.Of whatever you do,I am fully
aware”
(Al Mukminoon :51)
4.3 TASTIER AND HEALTHIER FOR YOUR BODY
Halal foods producer must follow the strict guidelines and follow rules of slaughtering
animals in Islam.It is because after slaughter the animals,the blood drained from meat and the
absence of blood make it taste better and free from bacteria.Blood can affect the taste of meat
because it contains lactic acid and it might contain e-coli poisoning also filthy
substances.Furthermore,by follow rules of slaughtering animals in Islam,it can reduce
animal’s stress and less painful for animals.The animals treated well and the slaughtering
process is painless,the animal not feel scared or stress.Allah said in Holy Quran:
“So eat of that (meat) upon which Allah’s name has been mentioned,if you are believers in
His verses”
(Al An’am:118)

4.4 HEALTHIER FOR YOUR BRAIN


Our diet will impact our thought and brain.We can avoid any harmful substance and bacteria
that otherwise that will hampered your brain by consuming halal food .This is because halal
meat is free from any antibiotics,growth hormones and all things that can make them
ill.Animal killed by not using Islamic Law might contain bacteria,germs and toxins.Halal
meat also more pocket friendly because you will pay for the meat only not include the blood
that will affect the weight.
