"Community action is about people who are concern for the

well-being of the community people."

The community action focuses to the idea that the people a community that are
working together can effectively improve and transform a community. This innovative capability
is reflected in people's ability to manage, utilize, and improve the resources at their resources in
addressing local concerns as well as issues . Furthermore, community action must pursue the
growth of the community as a whole, rather than just the particular aspects within it, in order to
have an influence on social well-being. The community action process encompasses considerably
more than just individual activities and efforts. The most successful action initiatives include a
sequence of measures aimed at tackling particular issues and bringing people closer together.
Therefore, I am in favor of the statement above. Community action involves individuals who are
concerned about the well-being of their community.
