No one starts out with Solution Focused skills and confidence. Part of this
process is applying my learning in sessions even when I am uncomfortable. I
know Solution Focused Brief Therapy is used by thousands of people. If they
can do it, so can I.
Write down what your daily schedule looks like, and then modify it for the 5 day
SFBT challenge time period.

Look over your daily routine, and try to pick out one or two time slots that you can
commit to using for the SFBT Challenge exclusively.
