    Good day!

    Book Week Celebration is a yearly school event showcasing the students’ talent and
    promoting the importance of reading and literacy. The Bicol University College of Education
    Integrated Laboratory School High School Department (BUCEILS-HS) will have its book week
    celebration on December 2, 2022, spearheaded by the Bicol University Highschool
    Communication Arts Society (BUHCAS).

    One of the indispensable activities are the Onstage Events which includes
    Extemporaneous Speech and Declamation to be performed on December 2 at the CAL
    Amphitheatre at 8:00 - 9:00 AM

    In view of the foregoing, we are pleased to invite you as one of our judges for the said
    event. Your approval would be of great value, especially to our budding performers. Your
    presence will be a great help in selecting the best performance in the said competition.
