Context:
Founded in 2012 by Pâris Mouratoglou and David Corchia, Total Eren develops, finances, builds and operates
renewable energy power plants (solar, wind on-shore) representing a gross capacity of more than 3,700 MW
in operation or under construction worldwide. Total Eren is currently developing numerous energy projects in
countries and regions where renewable energy represents an economically viable response to growing energy
demand such as in Europe, Central Asia, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Africa. Total Eren has been active in
Asia Pacific since 2015 with a significant development and operating portfolio across Australia, Indonesia,
Cambodia, Philippines and South Korea. Since December 2017, TotalEnergies, the major energy company, has

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia and reporting to the General Manager – Development (Indonesia), the Senior
Development Manager will support the development of Total Eren’s growing pipeline of large-scale renewable
energy projects, with a strong focus on wind and solar energy projects. You will work together with our
multidisciplinary teams for technical, financial and legal specialist support, located across the Asia Pacific
region.
Supported by an experienced, driven and growing team your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead and assist in the development of wind and solar projects across Indonesia, including all tasks
required to bring projects to construction ready, in particular land acquisition, permitting, studies, etc;
• Create and manage project development plans, including projects scope, tasks, resources, schedules,
budgets;
• Work in close partnership with local communities, Regencies, Provinces and Central Government
agencies to support project development;
• Lead and support all land acquisition activities to secure land rights necessary for the project;
• Prepare RFPs and scopes of work required for the engagement of consultants and sub-contractors for
a variety of technical, engineering and environmental studies, such as design, site assessments,
environmental impact studies, surveying. Supervise delivery of studies;
• Prepare the applications for a variety of permits and authorisations, required for the development of
projects;
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, legal and finance to get to the required
outcomes; and
• Provide comprehensive verbal and written project status reports to project teams, management and
partners.
Qualifications
• Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or any other relevant degrees.
