Purpose
1.To prepare 4M readiness(related to incoming material) for given NPI schedule and to achieve milestones within
customer deadline
2.Identify Risks & Mitigation plan in case if any gating to the schedule
3.Liase with customer for timely update on customer asks

Key Responsibility
Technical review
1.Read and understand the product technical requirements like Drawing , BOM, AVL,ERS,TDS, MSOP, MSDS, ROHS
requirements
2.Identify the CTQ/CTS/CTA through TDS
3.Ensure FAI/SPC dimensions are meeting the specfication 
4.Ensure all drawings revisions are upto date if any changes need to follow change management board
5.Deposit all technical documents in repository with proper identification
Training
1.Conducting ARR, CRR & GRR to qualify the machine & operators
2.Providing training to operators how to handle testers and conduct the test as per SOP
3.Golden samples testing and storage 
4.Handling method of jigs/ fixtures
5.Update job card & skill matrix of  work force on-time
Machine setup & validation
1.Co-ordinate with OSS to install and get MBO
2.Validate the machine setup & parameters inline with ERS
3.Validate Jigs & fixtures through SAT checklist and get OK2 use approval from customer
4.Conduct GRR & CRR samples test and submit for OK2 approve
5.Golden samples preparation and proper storage for ready to use
Documentation
1.Prepare and review SOP based on ERS/CQP and need to get approval from customer before release
2.Approved SOP/MSOP need to release in DCC for use.
3.Daily reports need to circulate with customer and SMT in prescribed format related to LRR, Block & unblock status
Calibration
1.Ensure list of monitoring and measuring equipment available physically
2.Ensure calibration of each equipment is within calibration due
3.Co-ordinate with calibration team if incase equipment has calibrationd due
4.If any abnormality found during operation need to send for re-cal as per recommendation from testing team
Audit
1.Handle customer audit at defined interval
2.Provide FACA if any gaps found during audit
3.Do internal audit to find the potential NC and address it before escalate by customer

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Experience
3-7 years experience preferred

Additional Technical Requirements

Knowledge of  IQC sampling plan , AQL switching rule, 7QC, 8D, SPCs (statistical processes), MSA (measurement
system analysis)/GRR studies
Knwoledge in handling parts like Camera, Touch module(Display), PCB & acoustics parts
Microsoft Projects (beginner/intermediate proficiency)
MS Excel (intermediate proficiency)
MS Powepoint (expert proficiency)
