Module 3: LEADERSHIP

Who is your most influential leader? Why did you pick him/her; discuss the salient
attributes that this leader possess.

There are many influential leaders in the world, but there is only one person who
has had the most significant impact on my life. He is not popular or any well-known
public figure. My most influential leader is my father. He had a great influence on my life
and he made a positive contribution to me.

My father is a pastor in our local church. He is a caring and thoughtful man who
treats everyone with respect and dignity. He encourages people to grow in their faith
and share their spiritual lives with others. He has been serving for almost 30 years now.
He has a heart for serving others and helping people in need. My father always tries to
reach out to people in the community and share the good news with them. He
influenced my life by inspiring me to be a good person who cares about others and
helps others in need. My father is an exemplary leader who has taught me many lessons
about life. He has also been an inspiration to many people in the community. My father
is a good example of what it means to be a good leader. He leads by example and he
inspires others to do the same.

My father has been through a lot in his life and he's learned how to handle
difficult situations very well. He has a wonderful personality which makes people want
to be around him. He is extremely patient and understanding. As a leader, he
communicates more effectively with others and he is more patient with them as well.
He is also a very compassionate person and cares for others very much. He is passionate
about what he does and he is an excellent example of leadership that I would like to
follow in the future. My father is very dedicated in his role as a pastor and many people
look up to him for advice and inspiration. He has been a great influence on my life and
he has taught me how to be a better person.
