General Terms & Conditions

1. Any work or work review outside the above list requires new quotation
2. Tolerance for feedback/response delay is max. 4 weeks (1 month)
→ Inactive response above 1 month = Client will be charged for a +10% as an “extended working period” when
about to restart the project again
3. Payment Method
→ 1st term (40% Upfront Fee as an agreement to start the project)
→ 2nd term (60% Payment following the completion of the project)

*To start the project immediately, approval of the Quote & Working agreement must be signed by both
parties (Client/Agency and Service Provider (Yosephine Salim)) before Thursday, April 13th 2023.
