3 Tag Questions
In English it is common to end sentences with another short
phrase, with the opposite sign, which is intended to ask for
the opinion or seek the approval of the interlocutor: they are
called question tags. These phrases are equivalent in Spanish:
right? Is it not true? Is it not? really?
To form this short question we will use the auxiliary of the
main phrase and its subject but with the opposite sign. If it
had no auxiliary then we would use the auxiliary "to do".
If the sentence is affirmative, the question tag is negative and
vice versa.
