Initiation – Gather the information / desired work from the management or team along with
the desired results and its output.
Based on inputs Preparation of the project budget, expected time required for project. Based
on that approval from Management for the said project with budget, time, inputs, desired
output etc.
Planning – Planning stage comprises of the work breakdown structure (WBS) of the project
within the timeline which includes finalization of the RFQ and design requirement with all
stakeholders and floating of enquiry to potential vendors. Drawing / design approval of the
final vendor. Preparation of the material requirement, inspection and delivery.
Execution – After getting the all man and material which are required for project, final
execution of the work will start with the coordination of the all stakeholders.
Project Team:
They have a team, a budget, a schedule and a set of expectations the team
needs to meet. Each project is unique and differs from routine operations
and Maintenance work and the ongoing activities of an organization—
because projects reach a conclusion once the goal is achieved.
Responsibilities of Project Team for Brownfield Projects:
Collection of information, requirement from the end user / team for the
project planning.
