Visited the Built Wooden Doors Factory on 17April, 2023 at Sudair City, As Built Wooden Doors Factory
complies with project requirements as per Quality Inspection and checked the order quantities as mentioned
in below table.

1. Production Process:

A. Raw Materials of Wooden Doors

Wooden Door Frame:
The below photos are of wooden frame panels which are used to make the frame of the
wooden doors.








Hollow Chipboard:
The chipboard is the main body/part of the door.

OMEC Radial Arm Saw:

The machine is equipped with a mill spindle which allows cutting of indents of variable height.

Wooden Doon Frame:

The structure of wooden frame is complete for the joint with hollow core chipboard.

Bandsaws:
The below machine is used for cutting solid wood, and chipboard materials for wooden doors.


OMEC Machine:
The below OMEC machine is used to press the wooden door to remove the air voids and
fix the level of the door.

Recommendations:
a. The QC inspection to be carried out before delivery to the site and the frequency of
visit is depend on construction team order.
b. It must be well packaged before being loaded for supply to the site.
c. The Materials must offload properly with the help of machineries without causing
any damage to the materials.
d. The frequence of visiting the factory is weekly as per project requirement.
e. Checking the Raw material as quantity and quality.
