 We are Egis India. Here we are appointed by ADANI group for providing
consultancy services for independently carrying out surveillance inspection of
ongoing construction work to ensure compliance to quality of executed works at
various locations of Package 10 , Package 11 and Package 12 of Ganga
Expressway in the state of Utter Pradesh.
Scope of work

 scope of work is broadly classified as Inspection & approval on stage passes with
all QA documents as per specification i.e. for Roads layer like Embankment Top,
Subgrade Top, CTSB Top, WMM Top, wearing course and for Structures
Reinforcement checking, post concrete check, compressive strength checking at
28 days.
 • Inspection on calibration of all weight and measures, laboratory equipment’s,
plant’s (crusher, batching plant, wet mix plant, hot mix plant etc.) and maintaining
related assurance documents.
 • Review of daily production report, monthly quality reports and assure the
frequency of tests conducted as per the approved project ITP and specifications.
 • Consultant shall be responsible to check & approve minimum 10% in daily
construction activity
