complete the project within scheduled time . Dredging of materials to achive the
required cross section in the river as per drawing in Annexure-C. Pumping the
excavated materials to designated location within 200 meter from the dredging
location. All running and maintainance expenses for dredgers including fuel,
crew,wages,insurance,repairs and spares for the survey equipment, accessories,
1 watch and ward, jetty charges if any etc. or any other expenditure for operating CUM
and maintainance etc. shall be on bidder's account. The rate includes of disposal
of excavated earth, slush,sand etc. upto 8 KM lead.

Excavation/surfacing requirement for gabion wall installation. Manually or by
mechinical means complete in all repects. Preparation of levelled ground for
placing gabions of the first layer as per mentioned in the specifications or as per
2 instructions of Engineer-in-charge.Depth shall be 18-20 meter and lead of CUM
disposal upto 8 Km including protection area for sheet pile, driving and taking
out after work.

Backfilling the behind the gabion wall as per cross section drawing and as per
3 MoRTH specifications provided from borrowed area 8 Km away. CUM

Providing and fixing CE marked TechFab metal Gabion Wall. The gabion box
indigenously manufactured as per required section including boxes made of
mechanically woven hexagonal shaped wire mesh of type (10X12)cm, edges
mechanically selvedged made of heavily (Zinc + PVC) coated GI wire as per
BS:443, mesh wire 2.70/3.70 mm (ID/OD) of Techfab India type and filled with
20 to 50 Kg weighy trap stones including conveying with all leads and lifts and
4 placing at required places in required lines, level, slope, section as directed etc. CUM
and tied by 3% lacing wire 2.20/3.20 mm (ID/OD) as directed by Engineer in
charge complete. Specification : IS 16014, MoRTH 2500, excluding rubble.

Providing and laying CE marked Neddle punched and mechanically bonded

non-wooven Geotextile of MoRTH type II behind gabion wall and mattress ,
indigenously manufactured from high quality polypropylene staple fibres
(continously filament will not be accepted) on the prepared sub grade for
5 seperation, drainage and filtration application with necessary overlaps as per SqMt
drawings complete. (Specification: IRC-SP:59-2002 & MoRTH Section 700)

Stones: Supplying of Stones having 150 to 250 mm diameter for filling of

Supplying and filling of aggregates in the replaced foundation below gabion

Installation by boring through soil,sand from working ground level upto the
founding level as per installation criteria. Cast in citu bored reinforced concrete
vertical piles, control of position and alignment, drilling mud, maintaining the
pile bore, cleaning the pile bore by bentonite flushing, including cost of
necessary layout, materials, plant and equipment, dewatering (if required)
bentonite slurry, provition of steeel tank or making of pakka tank (directed by
site engineer0 for bentonite slurry preparation, carriage and disposing of bored
spoil materials and contaminated mud etc. including drainage and collection of
slurry mud in pits and disposal there after, upto a lead of 1.5 Km outside the
plant boundery for all working conditions , preparation of scheme of boring etc.
8 complete with all labour, materials, equipments, handling, transportation, 0
drawings and instructions of site engineerfor piles of following diameters. The
rate shall include supply of concrete and supply of concrete pump for placing of
concrete if required. Before starting of the work designmix for concrete shall be
furnished and approved from client. Rates to be inclusive of of reinforcement
steel.
