Nominations are invited from the eligible officers in any Deptt. of A&N
A Administration/Central Government Organization for the post of Sub
Inspector (PMT) in the pay Level-6 (Rs.35,500-11,24OO) of the Pay Matrix in
sl' the Andaman & Nicobar Police by deputation for a period of O3 years.

2. The eligibility criteria (educational qualifications, experience etc.) as

per details given below:-

d Scale of Pav Pay Lcvel-06 (35,400-112400) in the Pav Matrix
e. Eligibility Criteria Officers; in any Deptt. of A&N
Administration/ Central Government
Organization:
a) (i) I{olding analogous post in the pay level -6
(Rs.35400- 1 12400) on regular basis;
(or)
(ii) With 03 years of servicc rendered after
appointment to the post of ASI (PMT) or
equivalent post on a regular basis in level -5
(Rs.29200-92300) in the Pay Matrix or
equivalent in the parent cadre or
department;
(and)
b) Possessing the education qualification:
i) Bachelors of Engineering/ B.Tech. Degree
in ,\utomobile/Mechanical from a recognized
University.
(or)
Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical
Engineering from a recognized Institution
with 03 years of experience.

f. Age Limit The maximum age limit for appointment by
deputrltion shall be not exceeding 56 years on

3. Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-
cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or
some other organrzation/ department of the Central Government shall not
exceed 3 years.

alongwith their (a). Bio-data, (b). ACRs/APARs of last 05 years, (c). detaiis of
major/minor punishments for the last 10 years, (d). Integrity Certificate,
and (e). Vigilance Clearance.
