Report format is based on Sumitomo's Alternative Schedule (Final Plan) for Signaling system, CCTV system, PABX system and PA system and updated until 26 February 2021 and the Signaling &
Communication system has already slipped by -12.4% (previous = -13.7%). Delays are due to limited rehabilitation local manpower. However, Sumitomo is now increasing it subcontractor
1 manpower and it was noted that Signaling Rehabilitation is now catching up based on Alternative Schedule (Final Plan). Please note that the upgrade issues of the Telephone system is still 0% and it
might affect the project schedule. Sumitomo reported that PABX VO works has started on engineering upon signing of agreement between DOTr & Sumitomo. Next update on 05 March 2021. Please
refer below for subsystem progress.
