FIRE FIGHTING ROBOT WITH MODIFIED CNN USING

RASPBERRY PI

ABSTRACT
The Recent advancements in embedded processing have allowed vision-based systems to
detect fire using Modified Convolutional Neural Networks during surveillance. As there are many
automatic fire alarm systems already existed like the sensor method, which has some limitations
and designed to sense fire with the smoke, limited areas. To reduce limitations and to optimize
with new technology, the project is proposed.

We propose cost-effective fire detection MCNN architecture for fire detects videos. . The
entire code is written in pure python language using the open CV library for image processing. No
one expects machines to completely replace humans on the fire line. Robots are tools; one
valuable thing they can do is reduce risks to human firefighters. Prototype system is designed to
detect and extinguish fire. Robots designed to find a fire, before it rages out of control, can one
day work with fire-fighters greatly reducing the risk of injury to victims. The raspberry pi
hardware with vision camera is using for the real-time implementation with the feature of SMS
and fire extinguisher with Manual control model and object detection sensor.
