Title: A Bug’s Life

Genre: Fantasy / Adventure / Comedy / Animation / Children’s

Film

What I like about it: The animation and the visuals are bright, and appealing.
The voice acting, well done. It has some humor that is
suitable for both kids and adults and the story had a
strong message about standing up to oppression and
fighting for what is right.

What I don’t like about it: Some viewers might find the movie or the plot too
predictable, the villain may be too scary or too intense for
some young viewers and the film has some jokes that
may not land with all the viewers.

What I Can Do
No Uniform Requirement in Schools

For many years, schools across the world have implemented uniform requirements for
students. While some people believe that uniforms promote discipline and unity, others argue that
they are unnecessary and even detrimental. In this essay, I will argue that schools should not require
students to wear uniforms.

One of the main reasons why schools should not require uniforms is that they limit
individuality and self-expression. Students use clothing as a form of self-expression and to show their
personality. By requiring students to wear uniforms, schools are taking away their ability to express
themselves through their clothing. This can have a negative impact on their self-esteem and mental
health. Students should be encouraged to express themselves freely and comfortably, which can help
to promote positive self-image and confidence.

Another reason why schools should not require uniforms is that they can be expensive.
Families must purchase specific clothing items for their children to wear, and the cost can add up
quickly. Students grow at different rates, which means that parents have to replace the uniforms
frequently, leading to additional costs. The financial burden of school uniforms can negatively affect
families that are already struggling financially. By not requiring school uniforms, schools can
alleviate this financial burden on parents and ensure that every student has access to affordable and
appropriate clothing.

Another argument in favor of school uniforms is that they prevent bullying. However,
this is not true. School uniforms do not address the root causes of bullying, which are often related to
socio-economic status, race, religion, or other personal characteristics. Instead, schools should focus
on creating a culture of inclusivity and respect, where students feel safe and supported, and bullying
is not tolerated.

In conclusion, schools should not require students to wear uniforms. School uniforms
limit individuality and self-expression, can be costly, and do not address the root causes of bullying.
Schools should focus on creating a positive and safe learning environment that supports student well-
being and academic success, rather than on enforcing uniform policies that restrict individuality and
impose unnecessary costs on families. By doing so, schools can better serve their students and
promote their overall success and well-being.
