I have had the pleasure to work with Angela this year. As a student, she has been very dependable
and reliable to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She has an exceptionally strong work ethic, and
will always go the extra mile. She has shown the flexibility to work under my supervision. On numerous
occasions, I have witnessed her ability to make quick, competent decisions while working in fast-paced,
clinical setting.

Angela exhibits good communication skills while collaborating with other members of the health care
team. She is respectful and open to the input of others to work toward an established goal. Her
documentation reveals her ability to express her thoughts in a concise and professional manner as she
utilizes the nursing process to identify problems and establish a plan of care for her patients. When
confronted with unfamiliar diagnoses or terminology, she takes the initiative to seek numerous
resources to obtain the needed information.
