Re: Angela Schiltz, Nurse Residency Candidate

To Whom It May Concern:

Angela was a student of mine in both the clinical and didactic portions of the High Acuity
Nursing course (ICU) at the University of Arizona. Angela demonstrated an eagerness to learn
and a desire to apply what she had studied to her clinical practice. This resulted in the
development of strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.

Angela is kind, compassionate and completely invested in her patients and their families She is a
strong advocate for those who need a voice. She is prompt, respectful, and seeks to elevate those
around her which translates to an excellent team member.

I am thankful that Angela has chosen to become a nurse and I look forward to calling her my
colleague as she enters the profession of nursing. I would have no hesitation in hiring Angela,
she will be a great asset to any unit she is hired into, and she will be a fabulous nurse.
