registered nurse position in your department. I can attest to her qualifications, having served as
her preceptor on the Orthopedic Surgical and Trauma Unit in the last semester of her nursing
program at Shenandoah University. She has expressed and shown in her actions her deep love of
trauma nursing.
Ashley has obtained the ability to manage a team of patients, perform bedside nursing
procedures and carry out nursing interventions skillfully. She masters the ability to go above and
beyond to assist patients and staff members. She is a team player and has demonstrated highly
