Re: Kelsey Ehmann New Graduate Nurse

To Whom It May Concern:

Kelsey was my student in both the didactic and clinical portion of her 3rd semester High Acuity
(ICU) course at the University of Arizona. Kelsey was earnest, accountable and deeply
compassionate in her care of the patients assigned to her during her clinical experiences. She
demonstrated excellent critical thinking and bridging of theory and clinical content; as a result
her clinical judgment grew weekly.

Kelsey possesses a wonderful sense of humor, kind spirit and is resilient in times of stress and
growth. She is a hardworking member of a team and watches for ways to support her fellow team
members. I am grateful that Kelsey is joining the nursing profession. I would have no hesitation
in hiring her onto any unit and would count her a great asset. I look forward to calling her my
fellow nurse and colleague.

Sincerely,
