the pleasure of working with Mrs. Brink during her tenure in the Professional Nursing program at Rasmussen College.
Specifically, I was afforded the opportunity to work with her during her maternal/child class and clinical rotations.

Kristin is an enthusiastic learner with excellent critical thinking skills. She used each clinical experience as a learning
opportunity. Her interactions with patients, nurses, faculty, and fellow students were always professional and courteous.
She demands excellence of herself and encouraged the same from her peers.

Kristin is a team player. She consistently looked for opportunities to serve and help others on the nursing unit. She was
well liked by her peers, staff nurses, and faculty alike. Not only was she a great team member because of her work ethic
and clinical engagement, but she also demonstrated a positive attitude during each clinical rotation.

Kristin has expressed the greatest interest in the area of behavioral health nursing. Her passion for learning is evident in
her classroom and clinical engagement. One of her most outstanding qualities is her teachable spirit and positive attitude
as a team player!
