Re: Samantha Aydin New Graduate Nurse University of Arizona College of Nursing

To Whom it may concern,

I taught Samantha in both the didactic and clinical portions of her High Acuity (ICU) rotation at
the University of Arizona. Samantha is a compassionate, enthusiastic, and resilient person. She is
generous with her time and energy when working in a group and works diligently in her support
of others. She is flexible and the first to volunteer to help in any way she can.
Samantha is hardworking, positive, and teachable. She is eager to learn and continually sought
out ways to enhance her learning experience in the clinical setting. She is humble when receiving
instruction and applies what she learns. Samantha asked very insightful questions and exhibited
critical thinking throughout her assessments and nursing process during the clinical rotation. She
demonstrates that her desire and focus is to be present with her patients and to create a safe
healing environment for them and their families.
I look forward to Samantha becoming a nurse and calling her my colleague. I would have no
hesitation in hiring Samantha because she will enhance and contribute to any unit she works on.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or needed clarification.

Sincerely,
